Information on the use or rental of The Center is divided into four categories: Business Rentals, Wedding Rentals, Shower and Birthday Parties, and Non-Profit Use.
Shower and Birthday Parties The Club and Social rooms can handle parties of up to 40 people. The room is set with round tables, padded fabric chairs, white or ivory tablecloths, your choice of 20 different color linen napkins, silverware, glassware, china and centerpieces. You have your choice of white, ivory or black table skirts for the buffet line, coffee table, cake table and gift table for the special guest. If your wedding is booked here, ask us about the discount for your bridal shower! Business Rentals The perfect business event begins with selecting the perfect place. The Center offers more than just a beautiful facility. With over 7,500 square feet of meeting room space, The Center is equipped to handle groups of 5 to 500. We are located just 5 minutes from I-94, Mitchell Field and hotel accommodations. Our free on-site parking lot has spaces available for over 150 cars. The Center also offers a delightful catering menu_ that ranges from continental breakfast to sit-down dinner. Wedding Rentals When you are ready for the commitment, so are we at the Oak Creek Community Center. The elegance of our chandelier ballroom, distinctive 28 foot high skylight Atrium and delightful menu and beverage options will make your wedding an event to remember. Our professionally trained staff is ready to assist you from initial planning to final presentation. The rental package for weddings includes:

Non-Profit Use The Center provides space and room for any organizations and non-profit groups for free or at a reduced rate. To qualify for this privilege, you must provide us with a tax-exempt number and meet within the open hours of The Center.
Catering All food and beverage to be served to your guests must be purchased from The Oak Creek Community Center listed caterer’s and consumed on premise with the exception of wedding cakes or desserts. No food or beverage will be allowed to leave The Oak Creek Community Center except left over dessert.Please contact The Center for price, availability or for more information.
The Oak Creek Community Center also gives any local non-profit organizations the opportunity to do fund raising in our coat room. The organization keeps 100% of all monies donated to them by the client who is there for the evening. The organization must provide at least two adults in the room for the event.
