Use / RentalsInformation on the use or rental of The Center is divided into four categories: Business RentalsThe perfect business event begins with selecting the perfect place. The Center offers more than just a beautiful facility. With over 7,500 square feet of meeting room space, The Center is equipped to handle groups of 5 to 500. We are located just 5 minutes from I-94, Mitchell Field and hotel accommodations. Our free on-site parking lot has spaces available for over 150 cars. The Center also offers a delightful catering menu that ranges from continental breakfast to sit-down dinner. Contact us for information on our very special place, for your very special day! Shower & Birthday PartiesThe Club and Social rooms can handle parties of up to 40 people. The room will be set with rounds with white linen tablecloths and eight padded chairs at each table for your comfort. The Center will also supply a centerpiece that is becoming to the decor of the room. The banquet tables are clothed in white linen and skirted in burgundy to complete the room for your shower, birthday party or get together. Please contact The Center for price, availability or for more information. Non-Profit UseThe Center provides space and room for any organizations and non-profit groups for free or at a reduced rate. To qualify for this privilege, you must provide us with a tax-exempt number and meet within the open hours of The Center. For more information, please contact us or print and fill out the online Facility Use Request Form, and drop if off at the Center. Did you know? The Oak Creek Community Center also gives any local non-profit organizations the opportunity to do fund raising in our coat room. The organization keeps 100% of all monies donated to them by the client who is there for the evening. The organization must provide at least two adults in the room for the event.
