The Center provides space and room for any organization and non-profit groups for free or at a reduced rate. We do this with the following requirements:
  1. Group must be local non-profit or service group.
  2. Must have a tax exempt number___________________, mission statement or by- laws of their organization
  3. Meeting must be within the hours that The Center is open.
  4. Free room rentals are available:  Mon.-Thurs. 8am-8pm
  5. Group takes assigned room with the existing set-up, if you request a specific set-up there is a $67.50 room fee for the Club and Social rooms, $105 for 1/3 of the Ballroom.
  6. Room must be left clean, if floor gets dirty ask for a vacuum. Skirts and linens are to be left on tables.
  7. The Center requests one hour of volunteer time be given for every four hours of use.
  8. The Center reserves the right to cancel or move your group if you have not paid any room fee. You are responsible for calling The Center to verify the availability.
  9. There will be absolutely no carry-in of any food or drink of any kind. This is for insurance purposes and will be enforced regardless of how simple the food or drink may be. If you choose food and beverage from our menu, a 17% service fee and 5.85% sales tax will be added on (if applicable). Policy consistency must be enforced.
  10. If more than two weeks have been missed, you will be cancelled and the room will be rebooked.  Please call The Center if you are canceling your meeting.
